Asphalt Sealcoating

Asphalt sealcoating

Asphalt sealcoating is preventative maintenance which helps your driveway or parking lot last longer. By sealcoating your driveway or parking lot every 3-5 years, using the correct sealer, it will last around 25-30 years under normal wear and tear. That is twice as long as a driveway or parking lot that is not sealed.

Vito only uses the best commercial grade sealer and adds his own mix of sand and epoxy latex which gives the sealer longevity and durability. He uses this sealer for all residential and commercial jobs. The use of his sealer, along with his commercial equipment, guarantees that you will be getting the best quality job.

How The Sealer Is Applied:

Before starting each job; all grass is edged, driveways & parking lots are cleaned using commercial leaf blowers, and all cracks are thoroughly cleaned out using steel wire brooms and air. The sealer is then applied by use of brooms or spray, depending on what the site location looks like. Most residential driveways are applied by broom and all commercial parking lots are sprayed.

Crack Filling

Crack filling can be done on both driveways and parking lots. Prior to filling; all cracks are thoroughly cleaned out using steel wire brooms and air. Once the cracks are cleaned a commercial grade hot rubberized crack filling material is applied. Cracks are always filled prior to applying the sealcoating material.

Asphalt Repair

From the smallest potholes, to the largest craters, Vito does it all. Asphalt repair is done in one of two ways; either by laying new asphalt on top of the old asphalt or by saw cutting the old asphalt, removing it, and then replacing it with the new asphalt. The method will depend on what the job entails.

Line Striping

Line striping

Line striping is the finishing touch to a newly sealed parking lot. Once your parking lot is sealed, professional lines, regulatory signs and words can be added.
